A: 18 months from first spray and 12 months from first use of roller perfume

A: Our parfum oil comes with standard strength. You may approach our customer service for customised parfum oil base on your preference and please chat with our team to find out more personal customised order


3.⁠ ⁠Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

A: All our product are made from natural essential oil and we have eczema customer using them with no issues. However you would know what are your triggers for allergens and we suggest you chat with our team to check if our product container any of you allergens ingredients or order a small roller to patch test it before purchasing the big bottle.

A: All orders will have its unique tracking number for your reference


2.⁠ ⁠Q: What if I receive a damaged product?

A: Our team takes precaution when picking your order, making sure it’s in perfect condition before we wrap and dispatch them. We will add layer of bubble wrap and box to protect the bottle and products . In the event of the product is damage in transit , we would need photos and video to proof the condition of product when they arrive at your door step. We will investigate the cause and revert to you within 7 working days . We will arrange a replacement for you / refund if the item is no longer available.

A: Our product are made from natural ingredients and not know allergens. Anyone can use them except pregnant and breast feeding mummy we don’t recommend. However for children, it is best to do patch test before letting them use our product.

A: Our product are made from natural ingredients however we are not aware what could be trigger for your allergy. Please chat with us to find out ingredients in our product before you purchase them.
